Let the Olympic race begin!

Sonic the hedgehog is in the 200m finals. But Mario is in it too, who might win?

The race has just started Mario and Sonic are in the lead, but Dr Eggman throws one of his eggs at Sonic. Sonic falls over and Mario is in the lead!!!

Sonic the hedgehog is in the last place but he uses his turbo charge power and is taking over everyone! Sonic is coming first but Mario pushes Sonic and they are running together at the same speed.

 Mario runs a bit faster and Sonic runs faster and passes the finish line first. The winner is Sonic the hedgehog, the crowd is cheering very loud for Sonic’s victory; Sonic gets his 9^th gold medal of the Olympics.

Last week we had a cross country, everyone who was 9 and 10 years had to run two times around the field – it was a long distance and the 11 and 12 years had to run 3 times.

After the race we had to get a ticket. On the ticket it says what position you came in the race. Everyone puffed out and were puffing and puffing while they were running. The ticket was giving points to our house. After the running we had the war cry. Whoever’s house shouted the loudest gets some points.

It was a great day.
